Indulgent Yoga Experience

If you are looking for a truly indulgent yoga experience, these 90-minute one-off sessions are an ideal way to connect with your body, mind, and spirit. These make a brilliant gift for a loved one, or even better treat yourself!
With these sessions, we will work together to create an experience that is personalised to you. You'll have time to fully relax and focus on what your body and mind need most. This is an opportunity to explore new yoga practices and ask questions. Deepening your understanding of this enriching practice.
What will the session involve?
I will come to your home or space with everything we need, mats, blankets, blocks. All need is a quiet and warm space to set up. We will have a short discussion about what your would like to focus on which will build upon the theme you selected prior to the visit and a questionnaire you have completed. We will then begin with a personalised yoga routine that will last about 50mins. Then we will talk a little more about what you want to invite into your life and mindset which will inform your personal yoga nidra practice. This is a deeply relaxing meditative practice that will last between 15-25mins. We will finish the class with either some movement, massage or mantra signing depending on what suits you most.

What’s Yoga Nidra?
A process of deep relaxation where you lie down, get comfy and meditate on my voice. While the body rests we’re able to enter into a state of mind between being awake and asleep. This is a powerful practice that helps us connect with our intuition and to access our subconscious. It’s possible to use this technique to heal past traumas, create a more positive future mindset and manifest our dreams. Before the session we will discuss what you want to invite into your life and choose words that work for your life. I will record this part of the session and email it to you so that you can try it again and again in your own time.
